1. Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable.

2. Members will be reminded about fees renewal through whts app message.

1. Toys must not be kept for more than two weeks.

1. Books must not be kept for more than 3 weeks, with new additions allowed for two weeks only.

1. Wet, torn, or damaged books/toys will incur charges according to the MRP.

1. If you exceed the due date by 15 days to 1 month, a late fee of Rs. 100 will be charged.

2. If you exceed the due date by 1.5 to 2 months, a late fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

1. To close/pause your membership, all items must be submitted at the library by member before the due date.

2. A delay of even one day beyond the due date will result in charges for the next month. Issuance of Items

1. Number of Items will be issued strictly according to the plan associated with your membership. No extra items (books or toys) will be issued.
